Azumi is the most intelligent and beautiful student girl in school. She is the platonic love of young Minoru. One day, at the end of classes, Minoru chases Azumi to her house, but she manages to notice him, in response to which Azumi scares Minoru and makes him back off, but a vehicle is about to run him over, Azumi throws herself on Minoru to avoid the accident, which causes both of them to collide heads and faint.
Upon awakening, Minoru and Azumi realize that something is not right… they have switched bodies, now, while they discover the way to return to normal, both must live with each other’s bodies.
