Kenji and Yuji have been good friends since childhood. While both were having a toast, Yuji shows Kenji his collection of videos of the famous adult actress Shinoda Yu, of whom he is a huge fan.
The next morning, Yuji contracts a mysterious illness that causes him to transform into Shinoda Yu. Now the two friends must learn to live with Yuji’s new female body.
