Jarvis Rossen, a 24-year-old American living in Japan, has a Japanese girlfriend and an ordinary life—until recently, when he became the victim of a mysterious illness that transforms men into women.
Jarvis is invited to take part in a documentary-style interview, where he shares his story and insists that, despite his condition, he still considers himself a man on the inside.
However, things soon spiral out of control when the interviewer reveals that the true purpose of the interview is to make Jarvis admit that he might also be a woman within.
