Hiroshi is a student struggling with his studies, so he gets private lessons from his beautiful teacher, Takizawa. However, during one of the sessions, something strange happens: Hiroshi’s little brother disappears and takes over the teacher’s body.
Now Hiroshi must take care of his little brother in his new adult body, from playing with him and bathing him to answering his questions, like how babies are made.
