Takotu-kun is extremely frustrated because, despite all his efforts, he cannot become a starting player at his school. His sister mocks him, telling him that he should just switch bodies with a starting player instead.
Taking her words seriously, Takotu buys a mysterious medicine that has the power to swap bodies. He begins the body-switching process, but at that very moment, his sister enters his room, and the two of them end up switching bodies with each other.
Now, Takotu and his sister must live their daily lives in each other’s bodies while waiting for the effects of the medicine to wear off.
