Takashi, his girlfriend Hikaru and his friend Naoki are drinking at a bar, but Naoki is feeling a little depressed. Faced with this, Takashi offers him a strange energy drink, brought from Nemesis Island, which promises to give his depressed friend a lot of energy.
Takashi’s girlfriend also wants to try some of the medicine, but when she reads the instructions she realizes that if 2 people drink it, both of their bodies will change. Takashi thinks it’s a joke and that the drink is totally safe. Hikaru and Naoki take the medicine and the latter falls asleep in his seat.
After a few minutes, Naoki wakes up, but realizes that something is wrong with his body: He is now inside Hikaru’s body and his boyfriend is ready to have sex right then and there.
