Makoto-kun and Yuta-kun are two curious and very mischievous boys. One day, Yuta’s older sister, Kaori, scolds him in front of her friend Misaki.
Upset with his older sister, Yuta decides to take revenge on her by using a mysterious medicine that gives him the power to possess bodies. Makoto and Yuta take the medicine, and their spirits immediately leave their bodies.
After a while, they both manage to possess Kaori and Misaki’s female bodies. Now, both boys begin to experiment with their new bodies, but they will soon discover the pleasures of having a mature body.
