Tanaka-kun is an introverted young college student, but above all, very lonely, so much so that his classmates nickname him «Lonely-kun.»
Fed up with his situation, Tanaka begins to research a revolutionary medicine that will make him no longer a lonely boy. However, after taking it, he turns into a buxom blonde woman.
And although the effect isn’t what he wanted, Tanaka discovers that he likes his new body. However, the formula isn’t perfected yet, so it has some side effects.
Eventually, Tanaka manages to improve the medicine, but now he must convince his university professor to approve his research.
