Takuya finds himself hospitalized after a car accident. He’s surprised to discover that the nurse treating him is his crush, Suzuka. However, she is already engaged to one of the hospital’s doctors.
At night, Takuya hears a woman calling him, and finds a mask and a female costume in an old drawer. Upon putting on the costume, Takuya transforms into a beautiful woman, but once he puts on the mask, an evil woman takes over his body, but this is only the beginning of his troubles.
